Rubber Tile Flooring Installation Steps

1. Surface Preparation

The application area is thoroughly cleaned and leveled.
If the surface is not concrete, reinforcement work is carried out to ensure stability.

2. Placement of Rubber Tiles

The tiles are laid according to the predetermined pattern, ensuring no gaps remain.
Depending on indoor or outdoor usage, PU adhesive or mechanical fixing methods can be applied.

3. Gluing & Fixing Process

For outdoor applications, PU adhesive is used to ensure long-lasting performance.
In indoor areas, an interlocking system can be preferred.

4. Compression and Surface Smoothing

After the entire surface is covered, a rubber mallet or compaction equipment is used to secure the surface.
It is ensured that all joints are properly aligned and smooth.

5. Final Inspection & Commissioning

The entire surface is inspected for any gaps or uneven areas.
If adhesive is used, a curing period of 24 hours is required before the floor is opened for use.
